Commission Structure

• Initial Sale: 50% commission on all products and upsells

• Recurring Payments: 30% commission on subscription renewals

• Payment Schedule: Commissions paid 30 days after customer purchase (after refund period)

• Minimum Payout: 2 confirmed sales (customers who did not refund)

Prohibited Activities

• Self-Referrals: Using your own affiliate link or coordinating purchases through friends' links

• Brand Bidding: Running paid ads on "WinningAds" or similar branded keywords

• False Claims: Making income guarantees, false testimonials, or misleading statements

• Illegal Promotion: Any promotional activities that violate applicable laws

Approval & Compliance

• We reserve the right to approve or reject affiliate applications

• All promotional materials and methods are subject to our review

• Violations of these terms will result in forfeiture of commissions and account termination

• We monitor all affiliate activities and sales for compliance
